New 32-Unit Row House Development Likely Coming to Burnsville
A new residential community is being discussed for a site near the Buck Hill Ski, Snowboarding, and Tubing area in suburban Burnsville, according to a new report from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The developer and home-builder of the planned community is Maple Grove-based Donnay Homes, which is a company that’s already established in Burnsville and previously built out the Summit at Buck Hill neighborhood. Their newest community, which would essentially act as a second neighborhood within Summit at Buck Hill, is reported to feature 32 row homes, and if approved, would start somewhere close to the mid $200,000s.
Plans for the 32-unit project have already been submitted to the city, but nothing to this point has been made official. As for what to expect inside, look for these upscale new row homes to include three bedrooms and a flex room, high-end kitchen finishes with a walk-in pantry, a fireplace in the main living area, and a private outdoor patio.
Should the project move forward, construction will likely begin this fall, and select units will also be available to rent as well. Stay tuned as more information becomes available.
