Pizzeria Lola is a fantastic eatery in Minneapolis where you can bring your pets to lunch. The restaurant was named after the owner’s dog Lola who can be seen if you check out their website before you go. The owner was a Korean immigrant that became inspired by her mother’s cooking and her pure love for food and opened the pizzeria after quitting her day job.

Visiting Pizzeria Lola

The restaurant is located at 5557 Xerxes Avenue South in Minneapolis. They are open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm and Friday through Saturday from 11am to 11pm. You won’t need a reservation because they don’t do reservations or call ahead seating with the limited space.

They can seat 1 to 6 people per table and can accommodate parties of 12. Just make sure your large party doesn’t come in on Friday-Sunday since they can’t accommodate parties larger than 10 on those days. You can bring your own dessert for $2 per person and a corkage fee of $15.

What to expect

The restaurant is a nationally-acclaimed restaurant with an amazing wood-fired pizza oven, a welcoming staff and a fun experience. You’ll love the intimate vibe, luxurious feel and casual, relaxing atmosphere. Bring in the little ones and watch them prepare your pizza in their wood-fired oven.

Try pizza options like the Hawaii Pie-O with house-cured bacon, fresh pineapple, provolone, mozzarella and serrano peppers or the Forager with crimini, portabella mushrooms, shitake, taleggio, tarragon, fontina and truffle oil. All pizzas can come on gluten free crust and you can add on toppings to your pizza for a small charge.
