About 612 Brew

The Brewery is a two-vessel 15bbl steam heated brewhouse with six fermentation tanks. They can seat 70 people in the taproom and also feature a patio for outdoor seating. It’s located at 945 Broadway Street NE in a historic building on Broadway. Being a landmark building, you’ll notice the exposed brick and timber along the concrete floors giving it the perfect look and feel of a brewery.

Tours take place on Sundays at 11am on specific weeks. There is no cost to tour if you bring in a canned donation to benefit the Little Kitchen Food Shelf; plus, you’ll get a sample for free during the tour. There are no reservations required to tour. The cellar is where you can host parties and corporate events.

Taproom hours include Wednesday 4pm to 10pm, Thursday 4pm to 10pm, Fridays 2:30pm to 12am, Saturday 12pm to 12am and Sundays 11:30am to 9pm.

The most popular beers they offer include SIX, Mary ANN, RATED R, and Zero Hour. SIX is a beer that you’ll love in the backyard on the porch and in all seasons. It’s an all-year beer. It’s gold-colored, American pale ale approachable for everyday beer drinkers and yet flavorful enough for craft beer fans.

RATED R is a West Coast IPA meets Midwest Rye and is the most full-bodied and hoppy beer they offer. Try Mary ANN for freshly grated ginger and Zero Hour for mysterious black ale.
