The Midtown Global Market is the public market designed to celebrate healthy foods, arts and crafts with the community. Its goal is to build upon the economic, cultural and social assets within the surrounding communities.

There are over 40 businesses at the market including apparel, jewelry, accessories, gift items, restaurants and grocers. It’s a great way to visit many businesses in one stop offering international goods from around the world. Here is a look at Minneapolis’ Midtown Global Market.

About Midtown Global Market

The market is located at 920 East Lake Street and has been open since 2006. It’s open seven days a week with hours 7am – 8pm on Monday through Saturday and Sunday’s at 9am-6pm. There is a parking lot and metered parking available. Being an international public market, you can experience restaurants, foods, and arts and crafts from around the world.

The market sees around 1.3 million visitors each year which is more than the Minnesota Zoo even sees, with 30,000 visitors stopping in weekly.
